I currently have a son who is a Ranger, and about to go overseas for the 4th trip to Iraq, etc. He leaves a wife and baby. He loves his job immensely. It has given him a tremendous pride for the military as a whole, and, pride in his abilities. He feels this is his purpose.
Our families pray each and every day, and, are, often awakened at night to pray for some unit, or, someone, in harm’s way. My husband and my son’s wife have both been woken up at the same time on the same night to pray for the one they both love. We know there are powerful forces at work to hinder our military and the spread of freedom to that region. We take the fight to the spirt, and our country takes the fight to the flesh. We pray for resolution soon, but, that we are also as safe as we can be.
Thank you for being there for our soldiers and their families. The cause of freedom is never free.
God Bless,
