Response: Ryan Cooper

It is a bit overwhelming when I sit here at the computer to type out my thoughts on our current War on Terrorism. I would rather not be long winded or ramble on and try to act deep. There are just a few basic points and comments that I wanted to share. Thank you. Thank you for hosting this forum, thank you for your dedication, thank you for your shirts (which my wife buys regularly and I wear or we distribute as gifts), thank you for your support…it really means a lot. Thank you to every one for reading this blog and all of us who have served. Thank you to Spc. Carhartt and Sgt Hart Our current trend is nothing new in a Democratic society. We draw down the military when things don’t go well (or people think it is not) or the citizens, which are key to a Democracy, feel they have had too much. Please stay strong on this/our noble en devour because I know we can succeed. All the enemy has to do to win is to wade the conflict out. This can not be an option. We need to be strong and we will prevail. My life has ever changed since the middle of March 5 years ago, and it has changed for the better. I have met my wonderful wife and am loved by her grateful family. I miss those days, I miss those guys, but it has made me who I am and no one will be forgotten. God Bless, Ryan Cooper
